Job Vacancy For Lawyers
We are on of the top four international accounting firms in Ghana and we belong to a network of independent firms with the largest legal network by geography. Our office in Accra, Ghana is seeking to appoint lawyers with high profile and deep professional experiences to join our tax and regulatory practice in Ghana with a view to developing their global and commercial acumen.
Successful candidates will have the rate opportunity of working directly with the largest multinational enterprises across industries in Ghana, affiliate firms in over 150 countries, develop themselves professionally and above all, may also be deployed on international assignments
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work directly with staff and partners of the firm on tax and regulatory projects for our local and multinational businesses
• Attend clients meetings, provide on the spot advice as well as well-written tax and regulatory advice to clients of the firm
• Build relationships with regulators of businesses we work for and to also deal regularly with these regulators
Qualification Required & Experience
An applicant must possess the following:
• A Bachelor of Laws Degree (Upper Division) from a recognised institution. A masters degree in Law or other professional qualifications will be an added advantage
• Called to the Bar in Ghana and has post-qualification experience of one to four years in Ghana or elsewhere
• A leader, a team player and an innovator with proven track record of taking complete ownership of his/her professional development
• A researcher with outstanding self-drive requiring minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a collaborative team based environment
• Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight and demanding deadlines
