1. We are a Multi-Specialist International Business Law Firm with offices in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and practice across

English speaking West Africa. To meet the needs of our increasing clientele, we are hiring additional lawyers in two (2)
key practice areas:

a. Commercial Litigation & ADR
b. Real Estate & Property

2. The new hires will join our Accra office team to enhance our Commercial Litigation and Real Estate & Property Practice Groups respectively.

3. The ideal candidates must:

. Have a minimum of three (3) years experience at the Ghana Bar
. Be passionate about litigation / property and real estate transactions
. Have a good grasp of civil procedure rules / property laws
. Have good writing / advocacy skills
. Have the ability to work under pressure
. Have good organizational skills
. Have the ability to work in/manage a team
. Be willing to travel
. Be able to work in a large multi-office law firm
