We are seeking to recruit experienced professionals with the determination to deliver first class services in our Human Resources Department for the above-mentioned role.

The job holder will identify, manage and deliver the business' training and development needs through performance consulting, in order to address people development needs required to meet business strategic objectives. He/she will also project-manage the implementation of learning and leadership programmes and evaluate the business impact of learning interventions.

Key Accountabilities:

•   Partner with the HR Business Partners (HRBP) when required, to identify Learning and Leadership needs through performance consulting, in order to address people development needs required to meet business strategic objectives
•   Identify learning solutions and other non-learning issues relevant to business performance improvement
•   In partnership with the HRBP, provide Learning & Development expertise & insight at business meetings to management
•   Project-manage delivery of Learning and Leadership interventions in line with Business goals
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with the relevant role players in the Learning and Leadership value chain namely the Demand Lead, LLT Heads, other SDP's, DP's, solution design team, delivery team, vendors and clients in order to ensure impactful learning
•   Ensure effective evaluation and measurement of business impact of key Learning and Leadership programmes and use for business decision making
•   Leverage and research best practices to provide leading edge innovative learning solutions

Qualification Required & Experience

Competence, expertise & knowledge:

•   Advanced knowledge in learning management frameworks, approaches & interventions
•   Delivery of full learning demand cycle - needs analysis to evaluation (ROI)
•   Stakeholder engagement
•   Communication & presentation skills
•   Training and facilitation skills
•   Project management
