A reputed business group with diversified activities is seeking to recruit a Legal Counsel

Qualification Required & Experience

• The Applicant should be a member of the Ghana Bar Association in good standing with over 3-5 years of experience and its a full time job with maximum age limit of 35 years and experience with a leading firm is as an added advantage
• Should have experience in Commercial Law, Land Law and the Companies Code and should be well acquainted in drafting of Commercial Agreements.
• The Applicant should be well rounded in the workings of a Company Secretary and the associated Filing procedures with the Registrar General.
• The Applicant must have experience in Litigation
• Knowledge of labour law

Salary: Negotiable
