A fast-growing financial institution is seeking for suitably qualified candidate for the following vacant position:- Legal Officer

The incumbent will report to the Head, Legal/Company Secretary

Functions and Responsibilities

•   Provide legal advice to management and all other departments
•   Draft and review legal documents and policies of the Bank
•   Manage all legal issues related to creditr administration
•   Prepare security documentation for credit facilities
•   Ensure that the Bank complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements of the banking industry and the country as a whole
•   Represent the Bank in court as and when required
•   Any other duty assigned by the Head, Legal/company Secretary

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a professional qualification in Law
•   The successful candidate should be 2 to 5 years standing at the Bar.
•   An experience in a financial institution will be an advantage
