Job Summary:
Directly responsible for handling all matters related to land boundaries, acquisition, etc.

Undertakes land use planning duties, plans and supervises activities of staff of the land survey section

Two years contract with the opportunity of a permanent contract

Qualification Required & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

A minimum of a B.Sc (Surveying) from a recognized institution. Must be a member of GHIS. Must have at least three (3) years post-qualification working experience in the senior officer ranks in the building construction industry

Special Knowledge & Qualities:

•  Must have good knowledge of urban planning and Ghana's housing industry, particularly Ghana's land tenure system, legal aspects of land transfer and basic knowledge of land economics
•  Must possess strong supervisory and organizational ability
•  Good human relations, and a high sense of responsibility and judgment
•  A working knowledge of the personal computer is desirable
