Job Description

• To co-ordinate the preparation of the Maintenance Operations Policies, Philosophies, Management Systems, Requirements and Strategies for Project.
• To co-ordinate all aspects Of the Maintenance Front End Engineering and Design input for Early Oil and Full Field Development Projects.
• To provide Maintenance Operations input for preliminary screenings.

Main Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Coordinator's responsibilities cover definition of the maintenance operational requirements from the reservoir to the export point of sale over the project life cycle.

Key Activities

• Develop a computerised maintenance and materials management system
• Determine equipment criticality and equipment sparing requirement
• Develop life cycle cost model
• Determine plant reliability and availability
• Interface Early Oil Team for all aspects of operability and maintainability assurance
• Participate in Hazid, Hazop Review
• Follow-up of the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities
• To pro-actively contribute to the definition of the maintenance requirements to ensure long-term maximisation of asset value and production availability while minimising OPEX costs.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Discipline
• 8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• 7 years of maintenance operations experience
• Knowledge in Basic Oil and Gas Operations
• Must have attended and completed some maintenance advanced courses
• Knowledge in Production Operations
• Knowledge in Maintenance Operations and maintenance engineering.
• Strong conceptual thinking and project management capabilities
