Job Purpose

A fast-growing resort located in the Anloga District of the Volta Region is seeking to employ the services of a dynamic young male not exceeding 40 years to oversee all its maintenance works. Must be ready to start work immediately.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the General manager and undertakes maintenance of the infrastructure, including renovation and repair jobs.

Qualification Required & Experience

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology or Equivalent with at least five (5) years post qualification experience. Experience in administrative processes. Demonstration of sound knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems is essential.
• Hotel industry experience is a plus.
• Should be conversant with general health and safety standards thereby ensuring that the hotel premises are safe for guests and employees alike.
