The role of the Maintenance Officer involves:
• Assessing the maintenance needs of the College
• Preparing a maintenance schedule
• Managing the maintenance staff
• Undertaking maintenance and repair activities to the College's properties and equipment as well as grounds management to support the effective operation of the College;
• Performing a range of hands-on maintenance and operational duties to the standard required by the College under little or no supervision
Qualification Required & Experience
The successful candidate must be:
• Applicant must have Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering with ten years work experience in an industry or a large organisation
• Demonstrated experience in building and property maintenance
