Job Summary

•   Provide preventive and reactive maintenance on all facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•   Oversee all renovation and facility improvement projects
•   Ensure proper permits and regulations are followed in all projects
•   Liaise with all insurance companies to ensure that all facilities and properties are adequately insured.
•   Inspect and maintain fire protection equipment
•   Resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
•   Plan and coordinate landscape projects
•   Ensure the safety of employees
•   Perform other related duties.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Construction, Building Technology, Project Management or Real Estate Management
•   A minimum of five (5) years working experience
•   Professional certification will be an added advantage

Relevant Skills and Abilities

•   Must have an all-round maintenance experience
•   Excellent problem solving skills
•   Ability to locate and repair faults
