RTI IS RECRUITING CANDIDATES FOR AN EARLY GRADE LEARNING PROGRAMME IN GHANA

Manager of Field Operations will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of programme implementation at the regional and district level.

. She/he will ensure that programme activities are well-organized and that programme resources are used in a manner that contributes to the achievement of programme goals
. She/he will work collaboratively with the technical advisors to ensure that operational management is carried out in a way that achieves technical programmes goals

Qualification Required & Experience

. Advanced degree in education, management, administration, planning or other related field
. Seven years experience managing staff, budgets and logistics to coordinate a large-scale programme, preferably in the education sector
. Knowledge of and experience working with regional and district education systems in Ghana
. Demonstrated ability to work with government agencies in the design and implementation of education programmes
. All positions require fluency in English; prior experience working on a USAID project is preferred
