Job Summary:

To lead the technical team in looking into innovative ideas, products and systems for quality development

Key Responsibilities

• Head of product management
• Provide advice and research into new formulations and procedures
• Lead trial bath research in consultation with head of production and QC
• Provide all literature needed for smooth running of factory

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of quality assurance management systems of a pharmaceutical manufacturing
plant
• Must have served in a similar capacity for at least 5 years
• A Pharmacist by Profession or similar high qualification
• A master’s degree in drug delivery, pharmaceutical science or medicinal chemistry will be desired
• Must have the propensity to research and document findings
• Must be innovative, proactive and decisive
