We are a Ghanaian company based in the Wassa - East District in the Western Region seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Market-based WaSH officer (MBWO) to assist in providing technical expertise in the area of Water, Sanitation and Hygience (WaSH).

Essential Functions of the Position Holder

• Contribute to WaSH strategy development, programme design, evaluation and learning efforts
• Integrate market-based WaSH activities into the broader marketing efforts of the company
• Liaise with stakeholders from the government and community in relation to the role, establish and maintain good relationship with all relevant agencies
• Facilitate market-based WaSH trainings at the community level and any other WaSH area as requested
• Identify, train, coach and lead community WASH promoters for market-based WaSH
• Help in development of market-based WaSH materials whenever it is needed
• Support monitoring and reporting by community WASH promoters on mWater and other AD Ghana tracking platforms

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of qualification of first degree in social sciences, community development or other related field with at least 2 years experience in WASH activities
