Job Specification:

•   Responsible for assisting in creating, designing, and executing market research and special development projects to facilitate the Company's strategic planning and decision-making. Coordinates market analyses, research, and demographic surveys.
•   Manages the coordination of activities, measures responses from other divisions in relation to the company's webpage.
•   Coordinates with the company's approved webpage services provider to meet the necessary update and changes required based on the information data required-
•   Ensures that marketing research functions support the strategic objectives of the Company

Main tasks will include:

•   Client liaison,
•   Prospecting,
•   Canvassing,
•   Negotiating and
•   Conclusion of deals.

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Requirements for Market Research Manager:

•   The Applicant must have four (4)- five (5) years or more progressive experience in a similar field. First Degree and Masters Degree in Research Management or related/similar field
•   The Applicant be a strong independent worker with excellent networking skills and a good track record in the research management history locally and abroad.
•   Must have a good understanding of the Property Market.
•   Must have a High attention to detail.
•   Must have a Excellent written and verbal communicating skills.
•   Must have a clean driver's license.
•   Able to make presentation to CEO's, Boards and Senior Management.
•   Able to Able to work with minimum or no supervision.

Skills required:

•   Strong project management skills.
•   Solid communication abilities.
•   Good analytical abilities.

Knowledge required in the:

•   Strong knowledge of real estate markets,
•   Related computer applications,
•   Financial, and
•   Market indicators.
