A reputable company in the business of Property and Facilities Management and currently in the process of embarking on an expansion drive is seeking to engage a Marketing and Business Development Officer

Purpose

•   To employ marketing techniques and skills to promote the company's facilities management business segment and create and source new property and facilities management business for the company.

Job Description

The job will entail but not limited to the following:-

•   To develop and actively drive strategies for the promotion of the company's facilities management business
•   To identify business opportunities, make recommendations to Management and actively source for new businesses
•   To apply good tenant selection criteria and secure anchor and long-term tenants for the company's managed properties
•   To research, create and maintain market information in the property and facilities managements sector
•   To actively participate in the company's rebranding drive
•   Any other business that may be assigned

The Person

A highly motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and ready to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree holder with six (6) years impressive practical experience in sales, marketing and business development from the property development and marketing industry. A professional Marketing Qualification will be an added advantage
