Job Summary

• Marketing Manager is responsible for the establishing, implementation and evaluation of strategic and tactical marketing plans, initiatives, incentives and sales tools designed to generate demand.
• The Ideal Candidate should be self-motivated, resourceful and have flawless business development skills.

Job Description:

• Develop a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan for the Business
• Advance a comprehensive communication plan
• Manage the Marketing budget
• Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sale support tools
• Implement a Customer Relationship Management Processes and Technologies
• Execute Integrated Online and Offline campaigns to generate demand and sales leads
• Conduct research and evaluation of competitor activities and maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices
• Work directly with Sales and Business Developers to support their efforts
• Manage and motivate team of highly skilled sales professionals
• In close coordination with the Production Manager; assist to monitor and update technical documentation to include client specifications and details
• Conduct sales trend analysis and participate in quarterly management reviews.
• Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Professional Qualification or a Bachelor's degree with strong industry experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required
• Experience in the Commercial Roofing is required.
• Exposure to product research and development desirable.
• Must possess a strong business acumen, results-driven attitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and communication/writing skills
• Demonstrate efficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
