Job Vacancy For Marketing Manager
Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Marketing Managerto develop and implement marketing plans both ATL/BTL to promote ECL products portfolio and partnership brands and to actively generate demand for all the range of products under each brand.
Key Accountabilities
• Focus on freshness agenda by clearing slow moving stocks while planning liquidation plans with sales.
• Lead activities to increase awareness of, and use of, ECL product portfolio while strengthening existing and establish new relationships with trade outlets.
• To generate customer demand and salience for all product categories handled by sales team
• Analyze and evaluate marketing activities and their impact on revenue generation.
• Ensure that marketing activities support trade strategy and deliver against growth targets.
• Determine the attractiveness of local and international products and support the development of business cases for marketing investment.
• Regular fieldwork monitoring marketing plans, identifying opportunities and gaining market intelligence.
• Develop content for all marketing campaigns and distribution related activities and as well as E-Commerce.
• To determine marketing campaign and media-mix in consonance with partnership brand objectives.
• Demonstrate impact of marketing on uptake, revenue generation, and customer loyalty.
• Understand customer habits and motivations and insights as related to products.
• Provide regular and timely feedback on new market trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to management
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business
• Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing
• Must have minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in Pharma Marketing experience
