Job Vacancy For Marketing Manager At Rehoboth Properties Limited
Our client, Rehoboth Properties Limited, was established in 2012 with the mission of designing, developing, constructing and marketing of real estates. The Company which is based in Accra with substantial property interests has aggressively started Phase 1 of Rehoboth Real Estates during which it will develop residential and multi-use properties for sale to the public. The company foresees a tremendous growth potential in its area of operation and therefore has an urgent need to recruit the following category of staff to strengthen its manpower so as to take advantage of the market potential:- Marketing Manager
The position reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and has direct responsibility for the overall marketing strategy and sales drive of the company.
Principal Accountabilities
• Takes appropriate action to position the company as a key player in the real estate industry in Ghana.
• Provides leadership for the sales team and ensures the development of strategies and actions geared towards the realisation of the company's vision within the industry
• Develops marketing communication strategies to bring the company's products to the targeted clients
• Takes appropriate action to assess performance of competition, keeping abreast of trends in the industry and develops appropriate strategies
• Carries out any other duties which are assigned by the President and CEO.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with a minimum of eight (8) years working experience, at least five (5) years of which should have been in the real estate and property development industry
• Candidate must have excellent marketing skills and contract negotiation experience
• Must be a good communicator who can clearly articulate the company's position in sales presentations
• Must have team leadership skills and be able to lead team to achieve planned results
• Should be computer literate and be able to use the following Microsoft Programmes: Word, Excel, Power Point
