A reputable savings and loans company headquartered in Kumasi requires the service of a marketing manager as part of efforts to transform and expand its business operations

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

•  Developing strategic marketing plans in conjunction with Head of Business Development and Marketing.
•  Designing strategies for business growth
•  Market research in market-related activities
•  Developing and managing new and existing credit and savings products.
•  Products promotions
•  Creating brand awareness and building positive brand image
•  Actively and successfully managing the marketing team.
•  Keeping abreast of competitors tactics, industrial issues and collecting marketing intelligence information
•  Working closely with other relevant departments to design and implement strategies for business growth and development.
•  Working with other relevant departments to create a client-centred company.

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification and Skills

The successful candidate must have:-

•  Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or any related discipline
•  Professional certification in chartered institute of marketing and/or master's degree in a related field will be an advantage
•  A minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in the relevant and/or related role.
•  Excellent skills in business development, client relationship, market research, branding and communication.
•  Skills and abilities to work independently, be a team player and be business-oriented
•  Good understanding of the savings and loans industry.

Age:- 30 - 40 years

Salary: Attract salary packages commensurate with qualification and experience would be offered to the selected candidates.
