The Position: Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager to lead and manage the conceptualisation, development and execution of the company's market strategy across the company's product lines

Majors Tasks:

•  Develop and implement company-wide and annual strategic plans to promote company's product lines
•  Analyse and evaluate market and consumer conditions and produce periodic reports for management decisions
•  Manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities including print production, receipt and distribution of materials
•  Analyse and nurture potential strategic partner relationships for products lines
•  Conduct markt research to determine consumer perferences and trends
•  Manage and co-ordinate all marketing activities in collaboration with relevant business units
•  Nurture, motivate and maintain a high performance marketing team

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Marketing or related degree or relevant professional qualification. Postgraduate in relevant field preferred.
•  At least 6 years progresively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

Other Requirements

•  Understanding of market dynamics and theoretical underpinnings of marketing strategies
•  Demonstrable technical marketing skills including ability to conceptualise, develop and execute appropriate marketing strategies
•  Ability to build relations, manage trust and value others
•  Strong communications and people skills including presentation skills
•  Computer literate in MS Word, Excel other presentational tools
