Our client, Rehoboth Properties Limited, was established in 2012 with the mission of designing, developing, constructing and marketing of real estates. The Company which is based in Accra with substantial property interests has aggressively started Phase 1 of Rehoboth Real Estates during which it will develop residential and multi-use properties for sale to the public. The company foresees a tremendous growth potential in its area of operation and therefore has an urgent need to recruit the following category of staff to strengthen its manpower so as to take advantage of the market potential:- Marketing Officer

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager who is responsible for implementing the company's sales goals

Principal Accountabilities

•  Assists the Marketing Manager to develop programmes to expose the company's properties and real estate plans to potential clients
•  Develops sales targets in consultation with the Marketing Manager and works towards achieving them
•  Keeps abreast of market trends and developments in the industry and provides such information to management
•  Looks out for opportunities to introduce the company to new clients
•  Carries out any other duties which are assigned by the Marketing Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with a minimum of five (5) years working experience, at least two (2) years of which should have been in the real estate and property development industry
•  Candidate must be very analytical and be able to interpret sales trends accurately and make appropriate recommendations
•  Candidates must be a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills
•  Candidate must be computer literate and be able to work in the following Microsoft Programmes: Word, Excel, Power Point
