Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of Degree/HND in Marketing

Experience

At least 2 years practical experience in marketing and salesmanship. This leadership position requires the ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategy and implementing the strategy to acheive pre-set objectives as determined by the marketing plan. Knowledge and experience in the company's industry may be an added advantage.

Skills

•  Ability to develop marketing strategies and successfully create and execute marketing programmes.
•  Ability to create business and marketing plans and be knowledgeable about various promotional marketing tools.
•  Should have excellent writing, presentation, project management, problem-solving and leadership skills
•  Must have strong passion for success, must be team player.
•  Must be proactive, assertive, result-oriented and have the ability to develop clients into strategic partners

Job Functions

•  Plan and develop aggressive strategies for effective marketing of the bank's products.
•  To be responsible for acquiring new bank customers and build relationships
•  To assess customer needs and wants and capture potential markets
•  Work closely with the advertising media and help them incorporate new business strategies and marketing methods
•  Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.

Remuneration

Commensurate with experience and salary history, but very attractive.
