A reputable, results driven company seeks to employ a qualified and experienced Medical laboratory manager at their Head Office in Accra.

 DUTIES

. The Medical Laboratory Manager will have operational and management responsibilities for the laboratory.
. He will report to the group laboratory manager.
. Deputize for the Group Laboratory Manager in the absence.

 QUALIFICATION

. Post-graduate degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
. Diploma in management administration would be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

.  5-10 years laboratory technology experience in a clinical pathology environment.
.  3-5 years in management position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Operational and technical manager
. Manage the correct application of quality assurance processes SOPs to ensure the laboratory is constantly providing a high quality,cost-effective and safe service;and be able to apply corrective actions as required in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
. Review all pathology result before they are issued.
. Liaise with customers to resolve service related issues;maintain a positive image of the organization; and promote the services of the laboratory
