Job Summary
We are currently looking for an energetic and self-motivating individual to provide medical care for members of staff and their dependants as well as the Clinic's other clientele.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role holder include but not limited to the following:
• Provide professional and efficient medical care to compliment the delivery of primary health care service at the Company's Clinic;
• Respond to emergencies of members of staff and their dependants and other clientele;
• Organise and supervise patient referrals to specialists and hospitals;
• Carry out quarterly surveys and report on disease pattern of internal and external clientele for planning purposes;
• Organise health talks for staff and provide patient education when necessary;
• Organise annual medical screening for members of staff;
• Supervise the procurement and issuance of drugs and consumables for the clinic;
• Prepare and present annual budget to management for consideration
• Provide strategic leadership for the clinic and clinic staff
REMUNERATION

Qualification Required & Experience
• MB. Ch B. or MB-BS (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) from a recognised medical school
• 10 years post qualification with relevant and proven experience;
• Post graduate training in family medicine or Occupational health would be an added advantage;
• Current Ghana Medical Association Licensure required.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Must have leadership and managerial skills;
• Planning, budgeting and presentation skills;
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to collaborate with other Healthcare and statutory agencies
• Must be able to work without supervision and under pressure
• Ability to make excellent diagnosis and make good medical judgement
