Scope & General Purpose:

•   Responsible for designing, Installing and supporting the Authority's network systems (LANs, WANs, Internet and Intranet systems, and network segment).

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Assist the Head, IT in performing the following:

•   Install and support LANs, WANs, Internet and Intranet systems.
•   Install and maintain network hardware and software.
•   Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
•   Evaluate and modify system's performance.
•   Design, deployment and management of multi-site LAN/WAN technologies.
•   Maintain integrity of the network server deployment and security.
•   Configuring firewall policies and IPsec VPN as well as Server services e.g. AD OS, File Services; LIS, and Print Services etc.
•   Maintain network servers such as file servers, intrusion detection systems.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
•   Minimum 2 years network /systems administration.
•   Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot network systems and coordinate hardware and/or software solutions
