Qualification Required & Experience

Skills/Competencies Required

•   Network monitoring skill
•   Knowledge of GSM/UMTS network architecture and transmission
•   Knowledge of Siebel is an advantage

Responsibilities

•   Fault isolation and monitoring of GILAT equipment through NMS (Network Management Systems)
•   Monitor the network 24/7 and facilitate correction of carrier misalignment problems
•   Provide a technical reactive/proactive service to customer reported fault working within committed SLAs
•   Ensure clear records of work carried out are maintainted
