Job Vacancy For Office Administrator At Plato Consult Limited
The Office Administrator shall be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the organization while upholding the institution’s Mission and vision and adhering to its set standards. The role reports to the Managing Consultant
Role Specific Requirement:
• Prepare routine letters, memos, reports and minutes
• Supervise office staff
• Prepare invoices and follow on payments
• Control and monitor correspondence
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and office equipment
• Liaise with Labour Department on companies employment trends
• Follow up on withholding tax
• Run payroll
• Maintain payroll files and keep them up to date and accurate
• Develop and maintain personnel records
• Perform recruitment duties as and when they come up
• Ensure filing systems are up to date
• Manage petty cash
• Receive calls, book appointments and other secretarial duties
Qualification Required & Experience
Minimum Qualification:
• First Degree from a recognized university
• 4 years wok experience with 2 years relevant work in similar role
• Good oral and written communication
• Proficient in MS suite
