Job Vacancy For Office Assistant at Novogaming Ghana Ltd



Main Duties

The Office Assistant coordinates activities and needs within the office settings on a day to day basis for general smooth, efficient Division office operations

Specific Job Duties

Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.

•  Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums and correspondence
•  Monitors day to day office operations
•  Servers as the go to for office inquiries and general office operational problems
•  Manages Division staff travel and leave schedules, flight and hotel reservations, travel advance and reimbursement request
•  Tracks office supply inventory and prepares supply orders
•  Liaises with general office operations, including financial, administrative and IT support
•  Performs any other duties, appropriate to the role, as may be required from time to time.

Required Skills

•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Highly organized and flexible, and showing initiatives
•  Must be self-directed and be able to complete projects with limited supervision
•  Ability to maintain staff confidentiality
•  Ability to facilitate and support the work of team members

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of 2 years or more related experience with emphasis on business administration and office management
•  Education: 1st Degree or HND

Required Skills or Experience

•  He / She should hold a first degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
•  Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
•  Must possess good interpersonal skills, excellent spoken and written communication skills
