A reputable Rural Bank in Ashanti Region has vacancy for Operations Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

BSc. Administration (Accounting Option), B.Com or HND (Accounting)

Experience

•  Degree holders must have at least 5 years relevant working experience in a Rural bank, or two years experience in
similar position in a Rural bank
•  HND holders must have at least 10 years relevant experience of which 2 years should have been in similar position
•  Must be conversant with Bank of Ghana prudential returns, and also conversant with T.24 software.

Duties

•  Shall be in charge of Annual Budget Preparation and Monitoring.
•  Shall be in charge of preparation of returns to Bank of Ghana, returns to the Board, etc.
•  Shall be in charge of Head Office and inter Branch Reconciliation.
•  Shall handle other duties as assigned to him/her by the General Manager.
