Operations Manager wanted for employment by Adonten Community Bank

Job Responsibilities:

•  Implement policy decisions of the Bank
•  Prepare Annual Plans and Budgets for the Bank
•  Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Bank
•  See to the accurate preparation of Reports to Bank of Ghana, ARB Apex Bank Ltd., External Auditors in a timely manner;
•  Develop Staff capcity building plans and see to its implementation
•  Supervise and monitor staff performance
•  Any other duties, which may be assigned from time-to-time by the General Manager or the Board

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The Applicant must at least hold a first degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or Social Sciences
•  Working experience must be at least five (5) years in a similar position preferably in Rural Banking
•  Age Limit must be at least 35 years but not more than 55 years
