Job Vacancy For Operations Manager At Premium Collections (Tema)
A reputable logistics Company that has its clients spread across various industries is currently recruiting for the above position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Fulfilling objectives and directives from contract management
• Motivating, organising and encouraging team work within the workforce to ensure KPIs are met
• Management of warehousing and distribution in line with operations budget
• Overseeing stock control and processing of orders
• Ensure all quality, HSE, budget, security etc objectives are met
• Keeping control systems up to date
• Planning future capacity requirements
• Producing periodic performance reports and statistics on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Manage and maintain good client relationship and service delivery
Qualification Required & Experience
• Relevant University Degree
• Computer literacy (use of MS-excel and inventory management software would be an added advantage)
• Logistics experience with at least 4 years in industrial warehousing operations
• Demonstrate good appreciation of transport operations
• Ability to lead and develop a team and ensure the objectives set are met
• High numeracy and financial management skills
