Job Vacancy For Parish Administrative Secretary At Christ The King Parish



Purpose
Be head of the parish Administration including supervision of staff

Job Profile

•   Manage the parish office.
•   Assist the Parish priest to manage the parish assets
•   Ensure that the Accountant keeps the requisite books of accounts and prepares monthly and year-end accounts timely.
•   Ensure overall good parish records keeping for both parish staff and parishioners.
•   Ensure proper accounting and security of all cash collections.
•   Responsible for managing all third party contracts such as security and Janitorial services, ensuring value for money.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be a First Degree or H.ND holder.
•   The ideal person should be a matured practising Catholic, self-driven and outcome-focused; with proven administrative and managerial experience.
•   Accounting knowledge required.
•   Good interpersonal skills
