Job Summary

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Candidates should be a university graduate with a degree in Secretarial and Management Studies or any of the Social Sciences
•  Candidates should have a minimum of four (4) years relevant working experience two (2) of which should be in a similar position
•  Holders of HND in Secretarial and Management Studies with five (5) years post qualification experience can also apply. Two (2) out of the five (5) years experience must be in similar position
•  Candidates must be computer literate

Competences:

•  Candidates should possess strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 80 wpm
•  Must have excellent interpersonal skills
•  Must be a good team player
•  Good planning and organizational skills
•  Good minute and report writing skills
