The Bolgatanga Technical University is a public tertiary education institution established by the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922), as amended. The University was converted from a Polytechnic to a Technical University in April, 2020.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following staff vacancy in the University: Physician Assistants

Job Summary

• Staff in this grade shall be required to assist in diagnosing patients covering a wide ailments requiring high qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness and precision.
• Staff should be able to critically assess cases within the scope of approved regulations.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Applicants must be holders of BSc. in Physician Assistantship from accredited institutions and must have worked as a Physician Assistant in a tertiary institution or accredited health facility for at least two (2) years.
