Reporting: Director, Planning and Investments.

Main Duties:

•   Designs formats with Chief IT Specialist for Management to review programmes policies and strategies
•   Monitors the progress of on-going programmes and activities
•   Participates in project formulation exercises and meetings involving CWSA
•   Collates inputs for the production of the quarterly and annual reports
•   Monitors unit costs between programmes, projects and geographical areas in collaboration with the relevant technical staff
•   Monitors data collection systems and tools in use by District Assemblies
•   Provides support for training and technical assistance on monitoring and data collection to District Assemblies
•   Compiles and submits regional inputs for the preparation of Quarterly and Annual plans
•   Identifies areas of research
•   Participants in the implementation of research activities
•   Collates inputs for the preparation of CWSA corporate and investment plans

Qualification Required & Experience

Entry Requirements
Direct Entry:
Applicant must have:

•   A University degree in a Planning discipline, Statistics, Development Studies or Economics;
•   Post-graduate certification in Planning, Investment or Finance is an advantage
•   Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in development planning
•   Membership of a recognised professional body
•   Passed a selection interview
