A reputable construction company is looking for an exceptional individual to fill the above position:- Plant Manager

Major Duties Responsibilities

•   Manage the company's plant and machinery
•   Provide expert engineering and commercial advice on business decisions to the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team
•   Coordinate the preparation of work schedule of the various machines
•   Assist in the evaluation and analysis of potential projects
•   Interact with various engineering staff team members with regard to construction issues on all projects

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification:-

•   An undergraduate degree in Engineering with marketing skills
•   Five (5) years experience in a related field, preferably plant engineering
•   Excellent multi-tasking and task-prioritising abilities
•   Proficient in handling highly confidential matters with discretion
•   Ability to work independently with no or minimal supervision
•   Be a team player

Remuneration package is very attractive, but shall commensurate with relative experience
