Our client is a subsidiary of a market leader in aggregates and a prominent player in the fields of cement, concrete and other downstream activities in forty countries worldwide including Ghana. They invite applications from suitable, qualified and highly motivated professionals to fill the following position:- Plant Manager

Based in Beposo, the Plant manager will report to Quarry Manager and Project Manager. His duty is to manage the production at Beposo site.

Tasks and Responsibilities

•  Ensuring that production targets are met in the required quality
•  Managing the health and safety on site for operators and visitors
•  Making sure KPI targets are met (Energy Efficiency, Productivity, Availability and Process Coefficient)
•  Being responsible for all subcontracted works made on site (maintenance, stripping...)
•  Designing quarry design and quarry development in collaboration with management team
•  Adjusting plant set up in order to maximize the production of key products

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Degree in mining engineering from a reputable university
•  Minimum 10 years professional experience in similar positions
•  Blasting certificate
•  Proactive, solution-oriented and result-oriented
•  Showing high management and organisation skills
