Job Summary

•  1/ Operate, control, maintain shea butter processing plant - crushers, gap mills, boilers and centrifuges with electronic controls
•  2/ Supervise other shop floor workers
•  3/ Present daily, weekly and monthly report on production statistics and quality control

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Previous work with a shea butter production may be an advantage but not a requirement
•  Experience with electronically controlled processing equipment is desirable
•  Ability to work without supervision.
•  Energetic and a fast learner
•  Ready to live in a remote rural area
