This role manages all Old Mutual occupied property to enhance the image of the company

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Negotiates with the landlords for new and renewal of leases for offices
•   Maintains a record of all lease agreements in respect of premises
•   carries out annual inspections of all branches in order to provide input into the operating expense budget
•   Draws up annual capital and operating expense budgets in respect of costs.
•   Responsible for maintenance of Old Mutual Premises
