A Mineral Water company is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced persons for the above position.

Duties:

•  Ability to plan, organise, co-ordinate and control production processes;
•  Draw up production schedules;
•  Ensure good quality water is produced on time;
•  Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
•  Responsible for the maintenance of equipment;
•  Responsible for supervision and motivation of workers;
•  Reviewing workers' staff performance;
•  Responsible for achieving production and sales target;
•  Responsible for overall company profitability

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Applicant must have BSc or BA degree in Administration from a recognised university
•  A minimum of 5 years experience in a production industry, preferably water production
•  Age limit - Not more than 45 years
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•  Effective leadership skills to communicate and co-ordinate internal programme activities;
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
