Reports to:- General Manager

Job Summary

Supervision of the overall processes, products and personnel in the flour mill.

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Planning
•  Budgeting
•  Reporting
•  Regulatory
•  Process Review / SOP
•  Record Keeping

Education & Experience (Minimum Required):

•  Ten years (10) years senior position experience in a modern flour mill.
•  Relevant Milling Degree / Diploma

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•  Strong supervisory skills
•  Computer skills ie MS Word, and MS Excel etc.
•  Good leadership skills
•  Experienced in food safety audits
