A Mineral Water company is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced persons for the above position.

Duties:

•  Supervise and co-ordinate activities of production staff;
•  Knowledge in handling both sachet and bottled water production;
•  Responsible for production schedules and production workers productivity;
•  Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules;
•  Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance and quality of product;
•  Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency;
•  Initiates plans to motivate workers to achieve work goal;
•  Oversight responsibility for all operations in the factory

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Candidate must be HND holder (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer);
•  A minimum of 3 years working experience in production industry;
•  Age limit: Not more than 35 years
•  Ability to analyse, write, reports and business correspondence;
•  Must be computer literate;
•  Ability to supervise and manage production staff
