Job Vacancy For Programme Coordinator At Ipas Ghana



Ipas, an international not-for-profit organisation that has, for four decades, been working globally to improve women’s lives through a focus on reproductive health, is seeking skilled professionals to work with Ghana country team in the above position.

The Programme Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between field office and head office staff and assists the Country Director (CD) in managing the operational and programmatic and day-to-day activities of the teams.

•   The Programme Coordinator exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in her/his role and is capable of handling personal contact with all levels of the global staff.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree in social sciences
•   Experience in related area; especially in coordination of activities, tracking deadlines and report-writing
•   Excellent team-working skills
•   Demonstrated communications and writing skills
•   Cross cultural/language skills is preferred
•   Ability to work and achieve results with little supervision
•   Commitment to improve global reproductive health
•   Demonstrated computer experience; proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, Presentation software, and email

Location: Accra
