Description Of Job

We seek an innovative and dynamic person for the role of Programme Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the development of the various programmes under the Databank Foundation
• Build and significantly expand positive fund-raising relationships
• Advise the Chairman and Board on potential areas of interest to the Foundation
• Ensure that stewardship and reporting requirements are met to sustain successfully partnerships
• Supervise the daily operations of the Foundation

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree from a reputable University with 2-3 years experience in Development or a related field
• Exhibit the values of Leadership, excellence and integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Proposal writing skills
• Results-oriented
• Computer literate
