Key Responsibilities

•  Preparing and presenting design proposals for real estate developments.
•  Ensuring the production of technical drawings and specifications for projects.
•  Obtain statutory approvals for construction projects.
•  Negotiating with service providers and other professionals for best bargain
•  Co-ordinating the activities and works or contractors and other professionals on the project
•  Supervision of construction projects
•  Liaising with property management team to ensure efficient planning of office spaces.
•  Liaising with interior decorators for decor of properties.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Master's Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
•  Minimum of 10 - 15 years relevant post qualification experience in the architecture field
•  Member of the Ghana institute of Architects

•  Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
•  Adept at Microsoft Office suite and in any Architectural and three dimensions (3D) software
