Job Vacancy For Project Manager At Gold Key Properties Ltd
A reputable Real Estate Company requires the services of a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete management of the Company's projects from planning phasethrough final completion
• Meeting project requirements and time schedules
• Monitoring all phases of a project and promptly addressing any changes to the original scope of services
• Continually assessing project needs and resources available for successful completion
• Providing and/or reviewing accuracy of project materials
• Working with management to determine project budgets
• Addressing new project schedules and/or feasibility of pre-determined schedules
• Organizing and leading project meetings
• Developing cost-effective work plans and schedules for early completion of projects
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree - preferably in Architecture, Design, Building Technology or Construction management
• Minimum 10 years related experience
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar widely used PM tool
• Understanding and knowledge of necessary local and statutory regulations, to ensure compliance
• Strong project management skills including design, construction, occupancy, and budgeting
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skillls
• Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions
