Reputable Financial Institution situated in the Brong Ahafo Region has vacancies for the following positions and invites applications from qualified candidates.

1. Project Officer

Qualification: A good 1st degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university.

Experience:

i     Minimum of five (5) years experience in credit management.
ii    Good working knowledge in T24 software.
iii   Computer literate
iv    Ability to work long hours
v.    Ability to work with or little supervision

2. Secretary

Qualification: Minimum of HND / DBS secretariat option

Experience

i     Devising and maintaining office system including Data Management and filling.
ii    Computer knowledge in excel, word windows, etc.
iii   Ability to work in long hours to meet deadlines.
iv    Ability to communicate very well in English
v     Good working relationship

Responsibilities

- Devising and maintaining office systems including Data Management and filling.
- Organizing and maintaining diary and making appointments
- Dealing with correspondence, taking minutes, organizing and ensuring GM is well prepared for appointments
- Excellent organization and time management skills
