Project Officer wanted for immediate employment by World Bank

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least a Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Development or equivalent from a reputable university.
•  A minimum of 7 years of experience in preparing projects and the respective documentation
•  Experience in elaborating Operational Manuals, Project Implementation Plans and Project Budgets
•  Demonstrated knowledge of youth employment issues, private sector and skills development
•  Familiar with the Ghanaian Institutional setting in the area of youth development, private sector and skills development
•  An excellent record of communication and sharing information with colleagues, clients and managers in performing the job is required
•  Excellent presentational and writing skills in English
•  Strong aptitude and proven record of working with teams that include government staff, field-based staff and development partner
