Qualification Required & Experience

Qualifications:

•  Must have a University degree in clinical psychology from a recognised University
•  Must have worked in a similar capacity for not less than three (3) years
•  Must be morally upright
•  Should have the ability to counsel staff on issues affecting their welfare and carrier
•  Should have expertise in carrier development guidance
•  Should be able to work without supervision
