Job Vacancy For Public Financial Management (PFM) Specialist
The High Commission of Canada in Ghana seeks to recruit Public Financial Management (PFM) Specialist.
Consultants applying for this position must have the following knowledge and qualification
• Master's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in economics, finance,public administration or accounting
• A professional qualification as an economist or certified chartered accountant
The consultant should also have the following experience and skills
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in working in the field of public financial management, of which a minimum of 5 years of experience must be in public financial management policy and/or programme delivery preferably in or for a bilateral or multilateral development institution
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Ghana
• Demonstrated experience in working with government/or donors in a technical capacity on a variety of public financial management issues with attention to project planning, budgeting and monitoring, including in government donor coordinate groups
• Excellent English writing skills
